Horse time starts at home

Horse time is slow patient time with no rushing, no hurrying. So coffee time and enjoying the Raku “spirit friend” from Utah are lovely ways to prepare for heading to the barn. I also package up the ration balancer to take along that I feed Mara B each day. Then I enjoy a beautiful leisurely 14 mile drive through the countryside to the stable, observing the daily changes in nature I see along the way. While driving I like to think of “something different” I can do to surprise Mara to keep us out of the routine trap of the same old same old.
