When I pulled into the stable a hay delivery was waiting to be distributed to the paddocks. This provides a great view of the amount of food necessary to feed the horses at River Brink on a continuous basis.
Mara B and I had grooming and snack time out back and really enjoyed the gorgeous sky.
However it was my observation of the water trough antics when I returned Mara to her paddock that was most notable this afternoon. I have seen this behavior between these two before, but I’m not certain what the issues are?
The sun was back out from behind the clouds and all was calm and peaceful when I departed.
